CFA and FRM are more relevant for financial analysts, CMA is an Indian certification and it specialises in costing, cia specialises in internal audit, CPA or ACCA is a general degree like CA which would include all subjects like account, taxation and auditing which looks like a good option if you are planning to get into Accounting. CPA is a US based certification and ACCA is UK based certification, both globally recognized and You can get a job in India, but can't practice as CA in India.
Also if you are a graduate and CA in India, you have enough credits to apply for a CPA exam straight away which consists of four, four-hour sections. CA is usually considered tougher than CPA, except for law and taxation all other subjects are similar. After CPA somewhere the kind of jobs u get are limited to foreign companies in India.
