I am a teacher in a middle school. I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th classes. My working place is a village. People are divided, so, the children. One student, A, dominates other student B demanding B to complete all A's writing works. Bullying is a major issue. Groupism among students is also found problem creating. What should I do? Is there any kind of tactics to solve this issue? Or any previous incidents to take as an example

It is imperative to address groupism and bullying. Establish explicit anti-bullying guidelines, hold awareness campaigns, and cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere in the classroom. Promote transparent communication, give specific attention to students' issues, and involve parents in order to foster a cooperative approach to dispute resolution. Encourage pupils to participate in collaborative exercises to break down barriers between groups and to stress the value of respect for one another. Keep a close eye on interactions and take swift action to stop any bullying behavior.
Think about putting peer mediation programs in place so kids can work with mentors to resolve problems. Encourage an empathetic environment in the classroom by having talks about the effects of bullying. Support the victim and the bully while attending to the underlying problems. Promote teamwork and inclusivity via your activities. Work together with other educators and staff members to make sure that bullying and groupism are addressed consistently in every classroom. Evaluate your strategies' efficacy on a regular basis and make any adjustments.

Of course, there are a lot of strategies that may be used to deal with bullying and groupism. The following are some tactics:
Implement courses or seminars that teach students how to resolve conflicts amicably in order to provide them with excellent conflict resolution skills.
Establish a confidential procedure for anonymous reporting so that kids can report incidences without fear of reprisal and you can quietly handle issues.
Peer mentorship programs facilitate the pairing of students with exemplary role models who offer guidance and support, thereby cultivating a sense of camaraderie and deterring maladaptive behavior.
Hold frequent class meetings to discuss any problems in an open environment where students may voice their worries and work together to find solutions.
Programs for Education: Provide teachings on respect, empathy, and the negative effects of bullying that are age-appropriate. Utilize true tales as illustrations to highlight the effects of such behaviour.
Parental Involvement: Assist parents in promoting positive conduct at home by arming them with resources and knowledge about anti-bullying campaigns.
Cooperation with Other Schools: Find out how other schools have handled comparable problems successfully and modify their approaches to match your school's needs.
Keep in mind that every school setting is different, so it's critical to customize these strategies to your own circumstance while continuing to stay watchful and respond quickly to any new events.
